Escrow & Disclosure Fees

The seller may, in accordance with Civil Code § 4530, provide to the prospective purchaser, at no cost, current copies of any documents specified by § 4525 that are in the seller's possession    

• Full Standard Disclosure Package: $595.00
  Includes the standard HOA disclosure documents required under Civil Code §4525.
• Escrow Demand / Questionnaire Only: $395.00
  No HOA disclosure documents included.

Lender / Condo Questionnaires

• Questionnaire Only: $395.00
• Questionnaire + Additional Documents: $595.00

Statutory disclosure requests are processed in accordance with Civil Code §4530. Sellers may request some or all required documents. Cancellation/refunds for statutory document requests are handled as required by law.

Please note: Once we receive your request, it is entered into our queue. We do our best to respond to all requests in a timely manner. However, processing times vary depending on our workload.  If you need the information prior to the civil code deadline, inquiring about rush service is advised.
